We accept payments for your service at your appointment confirmation. Some appointments require a deposit to confirm. The deposit is applied to your appointment cost. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments accepted include: HSA/FSA, Afterpay, CareCredit, Bank/Credit Card, Zelle. 

Standard card processing fee is 6%. No processing fee with Zelle.​

 No show & No call incur full service charge to the card on file. Appointments may be rescheduled depending on availability.  Same day cancellation fee incurs $50 charge to card on file.  Service maybe rescheduled according to availability.
