OUR POLICIES

We accept payments for your service at your appointment confirmation by our office or prior to the start of your appointment. Payments accepted include: HSA/FSA, Afterpay, CareCredit, Bank/Credit Card, Zelle. Payments not completed by the close of business day incur $35 late fee.

Appointments are made via online or our booking site. No show & No call incur $99 office charge to the card on file. Same day cancellation fee incurs full charge of service scheduled. Service maybe rescheduled according to availability.
