Appointment Policy

Appointments are required for most services. Same day appointments are available. Appointments may be cancelled outside of 24 hours of scheduled service with no fee. Same Day Cancellations for Paid In Full Packages/Monthly Treatments will incur $50 fee charged to card on file or prior to next service being rendered. New clients/packages booked with same day cancellation will result in total price of service being charged to card on file.  Appointments are given 15-minute grace period for arrival. After 15 minutes or no show we will charge your card on file for the full- service appointment. We honor each client and believe in providing safe and professional care. If you are late for your appointment, we will attempt to accommodate your service time slot, however no extension of treatment may be offered due to our clinic schedule.

Payment Policy

The Medical Spot accepts CareCredit, Afterpay, Cherry Pay, Apple Pay, Credit & Debit Cards, HSA/FSA Flex Spending Accounts, & Cash (Exact Change Preferred) for services offered. We do not issue any refunds for services rendered. Please verify with your HSA/FSA account if your service will be covered as The Medical Spot is not held liable for payment denial from your HSA/FSA account. We also offer insurance processing for lab services only. You will need your active insurance card for lab processing.

All cashless processing will incur a 4% charge for payment processor fee for services. Zelle Pay available with no processing fee. If you are using buy now, pay later please sign up for approval prior to your appointment (Afterpay processor fee of 6%).  Packages and promotional services may only be paid with HSA/FSA, Credit/Debit Card, or Buy Now Pay Later Processing plus processing fee.
