Semaglutide Compounded Injection
Zepbound (Tirazeptide Injection)
Semaglutide is a glucagon peptide receptor antagonist (GLP-1) that improves the overall function of your pancreas. Taking this medication on average, patients have lost 30 pounds over the course of treatment. Full course of treatment is 12 weeks followed by maintenance therapy. This treatment requires a consultation with our Family Nurse Practitioner with lab work prior to beginning your treatment plan. Your Lab work will be performed at your consultation appointment.
Zepbound is FDA approved for adults who are obese, overweight, or who have weight related medical problems. You will need to have a BMI above 30 kg and are obese or BMI above 27 kg and overweight with one weight related condition. This treatment requires a consultation with our Family Nurse Practitioner with lab work prior to beginning your treatment plan. Your Lab work will be performed at your consultation appointment.
