Payments accepted include: HSA/FSA, Afterpay, CareCredit, Bank/Credit Card, Zelle, Affirm, Afterpay. Standard card processing fee is 6%. No processing fee with Zelle.​

Weight loss appointments payments are due at appointment confirmation. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment will be refunded via our appointment cancellation fee of $99. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment vs cancellation.

 No show & No call incur full service charge to the card on file. Same day cancellation incurs total appointment cost. Please contact our office if you will need same day cancellation.
