Prescription Weight Loss Program

Prescription consultation with medical provider. Includes consultation, ordering of medication, prior authorization and lab panel ordering via insurance. Monthly office visits are $65 with the medical provider for medical supervision.
Final payment on Rx program. Medication is ordered to your preferred pharmacy. Medication can not be returned to our office. Medication has to be returned to pharmacy for refund processing. All payments made to The Medical Spot, Inc. are final. If you are not qualified for enrollment in medical weight management we may refund your payment at your initial appointment if you prefer not to receive medication provided by compounding pharmacy.
